Extendons Whatsapp Integration vs LiveSupporti ‑ Live Chatfor Shopify (2026)
Extendons Whatsapp Integration and LiveSupporti ‑ Live Chat both offer chat functionalities for Shopify stores, but cater to different communication preferences. Extendons focuses on leveraging WhatsApp, a popular messaging platform, for customer interaction. Its perfect 5-star rating based on 26 reviews suggests high user satisfaction, potentially due to its seamless WhatsApp integration or specific automation features. LiveSupporti, on the other hand, provides a more traditional live chat experience directly on the website. While it has a lower rating of 4.2/5 based on only 5 reviews, it might offer benefits associated with native live chat, such as immediate support within the browsing experience. The primary difference lies in the communication channel: WhatsApp versus on-site live chat. Extendons may be ideal for merchants wanting to engage customers through a familiar mobile messaging app, while LiveSupporti could be better for businesses that want to offer instant support directly within their store. The limited data makes a definitive choice difficult, but the significantly higher review count and perfect rating for Extendons suggest a strong initial user experience. Merchants in 2026 should further investigate specific features, pricing, and integrations to determine the best fit for their support strategy.

Our Verdict
Based on the limited information, Extendons Whatsapp Integration appears to be a safer initial choice for most merchants. The 5-star rating and higher review count indicate greater user satisfaction. It is especially suitable for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp for customer communication or operate in regions where WhatsApp is the preferred messaging platform. However, LiveSupporti ‑ Live Chat may be the better option for merchants who want to provide immediate, real-time support directly on their website, and who are comfortable with a potentially smaller community using the app, requiring to investigate deeper before making a final decision.
