Our Verdict
For merchants dealing with high order volumes and reliant on external fulfillment services providing data feeds, EZ Fulfill is a compelling choice despite its lower rating and fewer reviews. The ability to automate fulfillment from FTP, Dropbox, or Amazon S3 is a significant time-saver. However, for merchants primarily focused on enhancing the post-purchase customer experience through comprehensive and reliable order tracking, Parcel Panel Order Tracking seems to be the superior option based on its overwhelmingly positive reviews, assuming it indeed delivers on order tracking functionalities.
It is worth noting that the limited information on Parcel Panel makes a direct feature-by-feature comparison challenging. If a merchant's needs extend beyond basic tracking and involve complex fulfillment workflows, a trial of both apps would be highly recommended before making a final decision.
