Our Verdict
The choice between EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Hello Pine: Easy Multichannel depends entirely on the merchant's business model. If a merchant primarily ships within Australia using Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel is the clear winner due to its focused automation of the shipping process. The high rating and large number of reviews suggest strong customer satisfaction with its functionality and ease of use. However, for merchants selling across multiple platforms like Otto, Kaufland, and Avocadostore, Hello Pine offers a valuable solution for centralizing order and inventory management. While it has fewer reviews, its features cater directly to the complexities of multichannel selling.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, EZLabel seems to offer instant gratification with its two-click shipping process, suggesting minimal setup. Hello Pine requires a 30-45 minute onboarding, indicating a slightly more involved initial configuration.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but it would be redundant. If you are selling on multiple channels and using Australia Post for fulfillment, Hello Pine *might* provide a degree of order management then EZLabel could still handle the label generation. However, it’s more efficient to choose the app that solves the majority of your needs in one go.
Which app is better for international shipping?
EZLabel explicitly supports international shipping through Australia Post, while Hello Pine's international capabilities are only implied through its multichannel support if those channels involve international sales.
Does Hello Pine generate shipping labels?
The description of Hello Pine does not explicitly mention shipping label generation. It focuses on importing orders, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders through the Shopify dashboard, suggesting it might rely on integration with a separate shipping label app or Shopify's native tools.
How accurate is the inventory management in Hello Pine?
The description states Hello Pine keeps inventory up to date and manages it via Shopify. The accuracy will depend on the reliability of the connected platforms' inventory data and how frequently Hello Pine synchronizes with them. Merchants should verify inventory sync frequency and accuracy during the trial period.
