Our Verdict
For Australian merchants primarily using Australia Post MyPost Business and seeking to minimize the time spent on shipping label creation and fulfillment, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its focus on automation and ease of use directly addresses their needs. However, for D2C merchants managing shipments across multiple carriers and prioritizing customer engagement and revenue generation post-purchase, Order Tracking by Pragma is the superior option. While it lacks the Australia Post-specific focus of EZLabel, its comprehensive features for branded tracking, feedback collection, and upsells offer significant value for merchants aiming to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business. It's crucial to consider the scale and complexity of your shipping operations when choosing between the apps.
