EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs OrderDocs Pro Print & Emailfor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and OrderDocs Pro Print & Email both aim to streamline order processing for Shopify merchants but address very different needs. EZLabel is laser-focused on automating shipping label creation and fulfillment specifically for Australian merchants using Australia Post's MyPost Business. Its strength lies in its deep integration with this shipping service, offering a two-click solution for printing labels, fulfilling orders, and tracking shipments. OrderDocs Pro, on the other hand, provides a broader solution for automating the generation and distribution of various order-related documents like packing slips, invoices, and product manuals, with a strong emphasis on customization and branding. It targets merchants who want more control over the presentation of these documents and seek to enhance customer communication by automatically emailing them upon order placement. While both apps fall under the 'Orders' and 'Invoices and receipts' Shopify categories, their functionalities barely overlap. EZLabel aims to automate and simplify the shipping process with Australia Post, while OrderDocs Pro helps with generating and distributing order-related documents, and customising their style for improved branding and customer service. The apps cater to very different pain points, with EZLabel excelling in logistics and OrderDocs Pro shining in documentation and customer communication. The significantly higher number of reviews for EZLabel indicates a broader user base, likely due to the widespread need for streamlined shipping solutions among Australian Shopify merchants.

Our Verdict
For Australian Shopify merchants primarily concerned with simplifying their Australia Post shipping process, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its focused feature set and high rating, backed by a substantial number of reviews, make it a reliable choice. Conversely, if a merchant is looking for a more comprehensive solution for automating the creation and distribution of various order-related documents, including invoices, packing slips, and product manuals, OrderDocs Pro Print & Email is the more suitable option. Especially, businesses that value customisation and brand consistency in their documentation will find OrderDocs Pro beneficial. However, the limited number of reviews should warrant further investigation and perhaps a trial period before committing to the app.
