Our Verdict
The choice between EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and OTO - Shipping Gateway is highly dependent on the merchant's location and target market. If you are an Australian business utilizing Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel is the clear choice, offering streamlined automation and Australia-specific features. Its high review count suggests a well-established and reliable solution for its target users.
Conversely, if your business operates in the MENA region or Turkey, and requires access to a wider range of local and international carriers, OTO - Shipping Gateway is the more suitable option. While its review count is low, the app's focus on cost savings, diverse shipping options, and comprehensive support may outweigh this concern for merchants in its target market. Merchants should proceed cautiously and perhaps investigate OTO's customer support and onboarding processes more thoroughly given the lower review count.
