EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs Pickware ERP & WMSfor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Pickware ERP & WMS are both shipping-related apps with perfect 5/5 ratings, but cater to very different Shopify merchant needs. EZLabel focuses specifically on streamlining Australia Post MyPost Business shipping label creation and fulfillment. Its core strength lies in its ease of use, promising two-click label printing, order fulfillment, and tracking information updates. It targets Australian merchants who rely heavily on Australia Post and require a quick and efficient label generation solution with features like multiple locations, partial fulfillment, and diverse shipping options. Pickware ERP & WMS, judging from its name and the contrast in review volume, likely offers a much broader suite of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) functionalities beyond simple shipping label creation, although specific feature details are unavailable from the provided data. While EZLabel is a niche app, Pickware likely integrates order, inventory, and shipping management into a comprehensive solution, potentially catering to larger, more complex businesses with more substantial operational requirements. The significant difference in review counts suggests that EZLabel has either been around for longer or addresses a more commonly encountered problem within the Shopify ecosystem.

Our Verdict
If your primary need is simple, fast, and automated Australia Post shipping label creation within Shopify, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its high rating coupled with a substantial number of reviews suggests it excels at its core function. However, if your business requires a complete ERP or WMS solution encompassing inventory management, order fulfillment, and comprehensive reporting alongside (or instead of) just streamlined shipping, then Pickware ERP & WMS is the more suitable option. Given the lack of detailed information about Pickware, further investigation is crucial to determine its precise capabilities.
Ultimately, EZLabel targets a specific niche with a focused solution, while Pickware appears to offer a more extensive but likely more complex platform. Merchants should carefully assess their needs and choose the app that best aligns with their business size, complexity, and reliance on Australia Post for shipping.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is likely much easier to use for basic shipping label generation due to its promised two-click fulfillment process. Pickware ERP & WMS, due to its ERP and WMS focus, would likely involve a steeper learning curve.
Which app supports international shipping?
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship explicitly states it supports international shipping, whereas the data for Pickware does not mention that feature explicitly.
Which app is better for a small business?
For a small business primarily focused on shipping via Australia Post, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship would be a good starting point. Pickware might be overkill unless the business has complex ERP/WMS needs.
Does Pickware also support label printing?
Without specific feature details for Pickware ERP & WMS, it's impossible to say definitively if it includes shipping label printing, though it is plausible given its presence in the Shipping category. Further investigation is needed.
What is the main difference between these apps?
The main difference is scope. EZLabel focuses solely on Australia Post shipping automation, while Pickware appears to offer a more comprehensive ERP and WMS solution. EZLabel is targeted, fast, and simple, whereas Pickware is broad, potentially more complex, and offers more wider business integrations.
