EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs Pipe17for Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Pipe17 address order management within the Shopify ecosystem, but cater to distinctly different merchant needs. EZLabel is laser-focused on simplifying Australia Post shipping label creation and fulfillment for businesses already utilizing the Australia Post MyPost Business service. It prioritizes ease of use and speed, with a two-click label generation process, and supports features such as signature on delivery and international shipping. Pipe17, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive order management and integration solution designed for mid-market and enterprise DTC, POS, and B2B sellers. Its strength lies in its ability to connect and automate complex workflows across multiple sales channels, fulfillment centers, and ERP systems. The primary difference is in their scope. EZLabel solves a specific problem (Australia Post shipping) exceptionally well, while Pipe17 offers a much broader platform for managing complex order flows, inventory synchronization, and cross-channel operations. EZLabel is ideal for businesses seeking a straightforward solution to streamline their Australia Post shipping process, whereas Pipe17 is geared towards larger, more complex businesses needing to consolidate and automate order management across multiple systems and sales channels. The difference in review counts also reflects this divergence in target audience and market penetration; EZLabel has a larger user base focused on a specific niche, while Pipe17 caters to a smaller segment of high-volume, complex businesses.

Our Verdict
For smaller Shopify businesses primarily selling within Australia and heavily reliant on Australia Post's MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its focus on simplicity and speed in generating shipping labels makes it a highly efficient solution. The high rating and large number of reviews further suggest strong user satisfaction within its target niche. However, for larger, multi-channel businesses requiring robust order management capabilities, ERP integrations, and the ability to handle complex order flows, Pipe17 is the more appropriate choice. While it may require more initial setup and configuration, its comprehensive features address the complex needs of larger-scale operations. In short, EZLabel offers specialized simplicity, while Pipe17 provides enterprise-level breadth.
