Our Verdict
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice for Shopify merchants in Australia who use Australia Post's MyPost Business service and are seeking a streamlined, automated solution for creating shipping labels and fulfilling orders. The high rating and substantial number of reviews support its ease of use and effectiveness. PostCo Returns & Exchanges is likely more suited for merchants who are prioritizing a smooth returns and exchanges process for their customers, but more information about its specific functionalities is required to make a definitive comparison. If a business has a high return rate or wants to improve customer loyalty through hassle-free returns, researching PostCo (or its competitors) would be the next step. A merchant might use both apps – EZLabel for initial shipment, and PostCo (or similar) if a return is initiated.
