EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs PostNord by Uniwinfor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and PostNord by Uniwin both aim to streamline shipping label creation for Shopify merchants, but they cater to distinct geographical regions and shipping providers. EZLabel focuses exclusively on Australia Post MyPost Business, offering a streamlined, almost one-click experience for printing labels, fulfilling orders, and tracking shipments. Its core strength lies in its ease of use and automation for Australian merchants heavily reliant on Australia Post. Conversely, PostNord by Uniwin targets merchants using PostNord's Skicka Direkt Business (SDB) platform, primarily serving businesses shipping within the Nordics (though this isn't explicitly stated, PostNord's presence is strongest there). PostNord's app integrates with SDB, allowing merchants to display PostNord delivery methods at checkout and manage shipments either through the app or the SDB portal.

Our Verdict
The choice between EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and PostNord by Uniwin is primarily dictated by the merchant's geographical location and shipping provider. EZLabel is the clear choice for Australian businesses relying on Australia Post, offering a simplified and automated label creation process. PostNord by Uniwin, on the other hand, is tailored for merchants leveraging PostNord's Skicka Direkt Business, most likely operating within the Nordic region. Merchants prioritizing direct checkout integration with their shipping provider will find PostNord by Uniwin more appealing. A merchant shipping both internationally and within Australia using Australia Post could benefit from EZLabel, whereas a merchant focused on the Nordic region using PostNord's solution will benefit from PostNord by Uniwin.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
EZLabel seems easier to use due to its emphasis on one-click shipping label creation, fulfillment, and tracking. However, ease of use depends on the merchant's existing workflow. If a merchant is already familiar with PostNord's SDB platform, PostNord by Uniwin may be equally easy for them.
Which app provides more features overall?
EZLabel appears to have a wider range of features overall, including support for custom packaging, signature on delivery, partial fulfillments, multiple locations, and packing slips. PostNord by Uniwin is heavily focused on integration with the PostNord SDB platform, so many features are delivered through SDB.
Which app is better for international shipping?
EZLabel supports international shipping via Australia Post, but PostNord by Uniwin's description lacks explicit information on international support. The 'Skicka Direkt Business' service itself supports international shipping, so it's likely supported indirectly via integration.
Which app has better customer support?
The review counts suggest EZLabel is more widely used, potentially indicating a more mature customer support system. However, without further data, it's impossible to definitively say which app offers superior support.
If I use both Australia Post and PostNord, can I use both apps?
Potentially, yes. You could theoretically use both apps if your business requires shipping via both Australia Post and PostNord. However, managing two separate shipping app integrations could add complexity to your workflow. It's crucial to evaluate if the benefits outweigh the added complexity and costs.
