EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs Pre‑order Manager Profor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Pre‑order Manager Pro target fundamentally different aspects of e-commerce operations. EZLabel is laser-focused on streamlining shipping label creation and order fulfillment specifically for Australian merchants using Australia Post's MyPost Business platform. Its primary strength lies in its simplicity and automation, promising a significant reduction in the time and effort required for shipping processes. Conversely, Pre‑order Manager Pro addresses the challenge of managing and fulfilling pre-orders, enabling merchants to continue selling out-of-stock items and optimize revenue through delayed gratification. Its strength is the advanced functionality for handling complex scenarios like mixed carts, split shipping, and warehouse routing. EZLabel caters to merchants who prioritize efficient and cost-effective shipping logistics within Australia, particularly those dealing with a high volume of orders. Its two-click printing and fulfillment process is its core differentiator. In contrast, Pre‑order Manager Pro is designed for merchants who frequently experience stockouts or who strategically utilize pre-orders to gauge demand or fund production. The ability to offer split shipping, manage pre-order items as separate orders, and defer payments positions it as a robust solution for optimizing pre-order revenue and customer experience.

Our Verdict
The choice between EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Pre‑order Manager Pro hinges entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the priority is to streamline and automate shipping within Australia Post's MyPost Business framework, EZLabel is the clear winner. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest a proven track record of success in this specific domain.
Conversely, if the merchant frequently deals with out-of-stock items or strategically employs pre-orders, Pre‑order Manager Pro provides the necessary tools to manage this complex process effectively. While its rating is lower and the review count is smaller, the feature set addresses a specific need that EZLabel doesn't even attempt to cover. Merchants focused on optimizing pre-order revenue and managing the complexities of mixed carts and split shipments should opt for Pre‑order Manager Pro.
