EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs Proveway PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync address distinct pain points for Shopify merchants in 2026. EZLabel streamlines Australia Post shipping label creation and order fulfillment, focusing on efficiency and automation for merchants primarily using Australia Post. Its strength lies in simplifying the shipping process, reducing the time and effort required to print labels, fulfill orders, and provide tracking information, particularly for those using MyPost Business. Proveway, on the other hand, targets merchants concerned with PayPal holds, disputes, and seller protections. It automates the synchronization of tracking information to PayPal, aiming to improve trust with PayPal, expedite fund release, and activate seller protections. The core difference lies in their function: EZLabel is about *doing* the shipping, while Proveway is about *verifying* the shipping to a payment processor. EZLabel focuses on domestic and international shipments using Australia Post, offering features like custom packaging and signature on delivery. Proveway offers tracking insights from 900+ couriers, and the sync works for both Stripe & PayPal, which makes it attractive for digital orders. This contrast makes them suitable for different types of Shopify businesses and priorities.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants heavily reliant on Australia Post for shipping, particularly those using MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship offers significant time savings and streamlined workflows. The focus on ease of use and features tailored to Australia Post makes it a strong choice. If minimizing PayPal holds, disputes, and maximizing seller protections is a primary concern, then Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync is the better option. Its automated tracking synchronization and broad courier support make it valuable for businesses that heavily rely on PayPal as a payment processor and want to safeguard their revenue.
While both apps have positive ratings, the choice boils down to the core business needs. A business with significant shipping volume through Australia Post would greatly benefit from EZLabel. A business processing a high volume of transactions through PayPal, or one experiencing frequent PayPal issues, would find Proveway more valuable.
Common Questions
Can EZLabel help me with tracking packages through PayPal?
EZLabel focuses on generating Australia Post shipping labels and fulfilling orders. It does not directly integrate with PayPal to synchronize tracking information like Proveway does.
Does Proveway support shipping with Australia Post?
Proveway supports tracking information from 900+ couriers, which very likely includes Australia Post. However, it's primary function is syncing tracking information to PayPal, not generating shipping labels or managing Australia Post specific features like MyPost Business integration.
