EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs Regulo : Factures et Comptafor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Regulo : Factures et Compta both aim to simplify order management for Shopify merchants, but they cater to vastly different needs. EZLabel focuses specifically on streamlining shipping label creation for businesses using Australia Post's MyPost Business service. It automates the label printing, fulfillment, and tracking process, emphasizing ease of use with a two-click workflow. Regulo, on the other hand, seems to be a general invoicing and accounting solution for the French market. The app's name suggests its primary function is handling invoices and accounting, which is distinct from EZLabel's targeted shipping focus. EZLabel's strength lies in its automation and Australia Post integration, providing features like support for custom packaging, signature on delivery, extra cover, and international shipping options. Its high number of reviews (459) also suggests a broader user base and potentially more extensive testing and refinement. Regulo, while also boasting a perfect 5/5 rating, has significantly fewer reviews (15), making it harder to assess its overall reliability and breadth of features compared to EZLabel. Their overlapping categories, 'Orders, Invoices and receipts', highlight the inherent relationship between order management, invoicing, and shipping, but the apps approach this relationship from different angles. EZLabel considers order management in the context of fulfilling the order with shipping, whilst Regulo considers order management in the context of billing and accounting for the order.

Our Verdict
For Australian merchants primarily concerned with streamlining their Australia Post MyPost Business shipping process, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its focus on automation, specific features tailored to Australia Post, and a large number of positive reviews make it a reliable option. Regulo : Factures et Compta is more suitable for merchants, especially those in French-speaking regions, who require a more general invoicing and accounting solution. If shipping is only a minor part of your business and you are primarily concerned with financial record-keeping, Regulo may be a viable option, but further investigation into its features is necessary before making a decision. EZLabel is highly recommended for businesses where managing Australia Post shipping is a significant pain point.
Common Questions
Does EZLabel support other shipping carriers besides Australia Post?
Based on the provided information, EZLabel is specifically designed for Australia Post MyPost Business. It is unlikely to support other carriers natively.
Can Regulo be used for international shipping, or is it limited to domestic transactions?
The description for Regulo does not explicitly mention international shipping capabilities. It is primarily an invoicing and accounting solution, so its shipping functionality (if any) is likely limited.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
EZLabel explicitly advertises a two-click printing process, suggesting a very simple setup. Regulo's ease of use is not specified, but accounting and invoicing software often require more configuration and understanding of financial principles.
Which app is better value for money?
Without pricing information, it is impossible to determine which app offers better value. However, merchants should consider the specific features they need and how well each app addresses those needs within their budget.
If I need both shipping label automation and accounting, can these apps be used together?
Potentially. EZLabel could be used for shipping label creation and fulfillment, and the resulting order information could then be integrated into Regulo (if Regulo offers API connectivity or data import options) for invoicing and accounting. However, this would require additional setup and integration efforts.
