EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and RetroOrder: Edit Orders are two Shopify apps targeting different needs within the 'Orders' category. Our Verdict
For Australian merchants heavily reliant on Australia Post MyPost Business and seeking to optimize their shipping workflow, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews suggest it effectively delivers on its promise of simplified label creation and order fulfillment. The app supports key shipping features.
RetroOrder: Edit Orders serves a niche purpose, primarily benefiting merchants who frequently encounter order date errors or desire to provide customers with the ability to modify their shipping addresses post-purchase. However, the absence of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and performance. While the features address specific needs, the lack of social proof makes it a riskier choice compared to the established and well-reviewed EZLabel, unless order date and customer address changes are critical issues and the merchant is willing to be an early adopter.
