Our Verdict
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice for Australian merchants exclusively using Australia Post's MyPost Business and prioritizing ease of use and seamless integration. Its high rating and numerous reviews support its effectiveness. Rollo might seem attractive for merchants seeking potentially lower shipping rates across multiple carriers and managing orders from various platforms. However, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews raise serious concerns about its reliability and functionality. Before considering Rollo, merchants should investigate the reasons behind the negative feedback and seek alternative solutions with better user satisfaction.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship explicitly claims a 2-click process for label creation, fulfillment, and tracking within the Australia Post MyPost Business context. Rollo focuses on managing and importing orders from multiple channels, suggesting a potentially more complex initial setup despite its focus on bulk label creation.
Which app is cheaper?
The data doesn't provide pricing information for either app. Rollo claims savings of up to 90% on shipping rates, but this is separate from the app's subscription cost (if any). Users must investigate the app stores for accurate pricing details.
Does EZLabel: Australia Post Ship support international shipping?
Yes, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship supports international shipping using standard or express options via Australia Post.
Does Rollo integrate with my Shopify store?
Yes, Rollo states it imports orders from stores, implying integration with Shopify. The description also mentions importing from all online orders, suggesting broader integrations beyond only Shopify.
Should I trust Rollo's low rating?
The extremely low rating of 1/5 for Rollo, coupled with the very small number of reviews (6), is a significant red flag. It strongly suggests major issues with the app's functionality, reliability, or user experience. Merchants should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate the reasons behind this low rating before considering Rollo.
