Our Verdict
If you are an Australian merchant primarily concerned with streamlining your shipping process through Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel is the clear choice. Its focus on automation and ease of use for Australia Post shipping makes it a highly specialized and efficient tool. However, if you are looking for a broader solution to improve the overall post-purchase experience, reduce support costs related to lost or damaged packages, and enhance customer loyalty, Route Protection and Tracking is the better option. Its comprehensive features address a wider range of needs related to customer satisfaction and retention, making it a valuable investment for businesses prioritizing long-term customer relationships. While EZLabel boasts a higher rating, that may simply reflect a greater degree of satisfaction within its more niche target market.
