Our Verdict
For smaller merchants focused solely on MyPost Business and prioritizing speed and ease of use, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its 5-star rating and emphasis on two-click fulfillment suggest a user-friendly experience. However, for merchants using eParcel, handling larger order volumes, or requiring more detailed cost analysis and batch processing capabilities, SellerDash: AusPost Shipping is the better choice. Its dashboard and bulk processing features provide the necessary control and scalability, despite the slightly lower rating and fewer reviews. Businesses planning for growth and needing more robust shipping management should lean towards SellerDash.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use for beginners?
EZLabel is likely easier for beginners due to its focus on simplicity and quick fulfillment. SellerDash, with its dashboard and wider range of features, might require a slightly steeper learning curve.
Does EZLabel support eParcel like SellerDash?
Based on the provided descriptions, EZLabel does not explicitly mention support for eParcel, while SellerDash specifically highlights its integration with both MyPost Business and eParcel.
Which app offers more control over shipping costs?
SellerDash offers more control over shipping costs with its live rate visibility within the dashboard. This feature allows merchants to see rates for all orders and make informed decisions about shipping options.
Which app is better for handling a high volume of orders?
SellerDash is better suited for handling a high volume of orders due to its bulk printing and fulfillment capabilities. EZLabel's two-click approach might become cumbersome with a very large number of orders.
Which app is better if I need to use custom packaging?
Both apps support custom packaging, but EZLabel explicitly highlights support for custom or flat rate packaging, so if this is a key need, it may be a better choice initially, but SellerDash may also support this feature as well with editing weights and dimensions.
