Our Verdict
For Australian merchants who exclusively use or primarily rely on Australia Post's MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship offers a highly streamlined and efficient solution. Its 5-star rating and specific feature set cater perfectly to this niche. Sendcloud, however, is a better choice for businesses that require support for multiple carriers, branded tracking experiences, and comprehensive returns management. Its focus on scalability makes it suitable for growing businesses that anticipate expanding their shipping options and reaching a wider customer base. Sendcloud provides a more robust and feature-rich platform but at the cost of potentially increased complexity compared to EZLabel's simplicity for Australia Post users.
