Our Verdict
The choice between EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and Synctrack: Returns & Exchanges boils down to the core need of the merchant. If a business's primary pain point is the time-consuming creation of Australia Post shipping labels, especially for high-volume sellers in Australia using MyPost Business, EZLabel is the clear choice. Its high rating and large number of reviews suggest it effectively solves this specific problem.
However, if the business's biggest challenge is managing the complexities of returns and exchanges, and improving post-purchase customer experience, then Synctrack: Returns & Exchanges is the more appropriate solution. Its extensive courier integrations and focus on automation provide a comprehensive system for managing the entire returns process. While its rating is slightly lower, the focus is on a different aspect of the shipping workflow that EZLabel does not address. A business heavily reliant on Australia Post can still use Synctrack for return labels via the integration if they manage returns.
