Our Verdict
For Australian merchants heavily reliant on Australia Post's MyPost Business and prioritizing simplicity in label creation and fulfillment, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest a well-received and effective solution for this specific use case. However, for merchants who ship globally, use a variety of carriers, and require in-depth tracking data and email notification capabilities, TRACK718 Order Track & Email is the better choice, despite the lack of ratings or reviews. It offers a much broader range of carrier support and advanced features that cater to more complex logistics needs. While the absence of user feedback for TRACK718 is a risk, its feature set is compelling for international businesses.
