EZLabel: Australia Post Ship vs TrackingMore Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
EZLabel: Australia Post Ship and TrackingMore Order Tracking address different needs within the e-commerce shipping ecosystem. EZLabel focuses on streamlining the *creation* of Australia Post shipping labels, emphasizing efficiency for merchants using MyPost Business. It offers a two-click process for printing, fulfilling, and tracking, coupled with features tailored for Australian businesses like support for custom packaging, signature on delivery, and local/international shipping options via Australia Post. It seems ideal for smaller businesses primarily using Australia Post for shipping. TrackingMore, conversely, centers on post-purchase order tracking and customer communication. It is not focused on label creation itself, but on enhancing the customer experience by providing branded tracking pages, automated notifications, and pre-purchase EDDs. The core distinction lies in their focus. EZLabel simplifies the backend shipping process by automating label creation specifically for Australia Post, improving operational efficiency. TrackingMore, on the other hand, prioritizes improving the customer experience post-checkout, reducing customer service inquiries ('WISMO' calls) and increasing revenue through upselling and branded tracking. Both apps address the 'Shipping' and 'Orders' categories on Shopify, but their functionalities are distinct and complementary. A merchant could potentially use both; EZLabel to create the labels and TrackingMore to manage the customer experience and track the shipment. TrackingMore seems focused on merchants needing broader tracking capabilities, including those dropshipping from China.

Our Verdict
For Australian merchants primarily using Australia Post MyPost Business and seeking a straightforward solution to automate shipping label creation and fulfillment, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its focus on Australia Post integration and ease of use makes it a very efficient solution. On the other hand, if a merchant requires a comprehensive order tracking solution with a focus on improving the customer experience, reducing WISMO calls, and generating more revenue through branded tracking pages and upselling, TrackingMore Order Tracking is the better option. Specifically, merchants dropshipping from China will find TrackingMore's ability to hide Chinese origins particularly useful. Both apps are good at what they do, but their use cases are sufficiently distinct that the decision should be based on the merchant's primary shipping needs: label creation or order tracking.
