Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants in Australia who actively use Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its high rating, substantial user base indicated by the number of reviews, and focus on complete shipping automation make it a powerful tool. TrackiPal PayPal Tracking Sync is ideal for merchants who prioritize maintaining accurate tracking information within PayPal, possibly due to high transaction volumes or a need to ensure customer satisfaction and dispute resolution through detailed tracking data. If a merchant uses Australia Post and PayPal, they may eventually need both apps, but EZLabel would be the priority in Australia.
