Our Verdict
Choosing between EZLabel and ZigZag is straightforward based on your business needs. If you primarily ship orders via Australia Post MyPost Business, especially within or from Australia, EZLabel is the clear choice for streamlining your outgoing shipping process. Its focus on automation and ease of use makes it a valuable tool for saving time and reducing manual errors. However, if your business handles a significant volume of returns, particularly from international locations or the UK, ZigZag Returns & Exchanges offers a comprehensive solution for managing returns, exchanges, and refunds. Its integrated carrier options and branded returns portal can improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs. For merchants with both significant outgoing shipping via Australia Post *and* high return rates, using both apps in conjunction might be ideal, but only if the combined cost and implementation effort are justified.
