Fab Feedback Button vs SEA Post Purchase Survey Appfor Shopify (2026)
Fab Feedback Button and SEA Post Purchase Survey App both aim to help Shopify merchants collect customer feedback through surveys, but they differ significantly in their breadth of features and user validation. Fab Feedback Button, with its limited reviews (2), appears to be a simpler, potentially more basic feedback collection tool. SEA Post Purchase Survey App, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive survey solution with advanced targeting, distribution, and analytics capabilities. Its higher number of reviews (109) suggests greater adoption and, potentially, a more established track record. SEA Post Purchase Survey App emphasizes customization, integration with email apps, and automation through Shopify Flow, indicating a focus on merchants who need a sophisticated and integrated feedback system. The key difference lies in the scope and depth of features offered. SEA Post Purchase Survey App provides diverse question types, survey placement options (on-site, exit intent, thank-you pages, emails), customer targeting using tags and purchase history, and in-depth analytical reports. This comprehensive approach targets merchants who need detailed customer insights to drive business decisions. Fab Feedback Button’s offering is less clear, but the lack of feature details suggests a more streamlined, possibly simpler, alternative for merchants prioritizing ease of implementation over advanced capabilities. The 24/7 support mentioned for SEA Post Purchase Survey App is a significant differentiator, offering high-touch assistance to merchants requiring help with customization or technical issues.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, SEA Post Purchase Survey App is the more compelling choice. Its significantly higher review count suggests greater reliability and satisfaction among users. The detailed feature set, including advanced targeting, diverse survey placement options, and robust analytics, makes it a powerful tool for gaining actionable customer insights. The 24/7 support further enhances its appeal, especially for merchants who may need assistance with customization or technical setup.
Fab Feedback Button might be suitable for smaller stores with very basic feedback needs and limited resources. However, the lack of information about its features and the very low review count makes it a riskier choice. Unless a merchant has extremely simple feedback requirements and prioritizes absolute minimal investment over functionality and reliability, SEA Post Purchase Survey App offers a better value proposition.
