Merchants often seek alternatives to survey apps like SEA Post Purchase Survey for various reasons, even with a perfect 5-star rating. Common considerations include pricing structures that don't scale well with their business, a need for more advanced features (like AI-powered analytics or video feedback), or a desire for simpler, more streamlined user interfaces. Some merchants may also find that while SEA Post Purchase Survey offers good customization, they need integrations with other marketing tools not fully supported by the app or have specific needs for pre-purchase surveys alongside post-purchase feedback.
