Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat appears to be the more reliable and trusted option for Shopify merchants in 2026 due to its high rating and positive reviews. Its focus on WhatsApp marketing provides a more comprehensive solution. Facebook Chat by Elfsight, while promising, lacks any social proof and therefore presents a higher risk. Merchants heavily reliant on Facebook Messenger as a primary customer communication channel *might* consider Facebook Chat by Elfsight despite the lack of reviews, but should proceed with caution. For most, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat seems the better starting point.
