Fairing Post Purchase Surveys vs Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Fairing Post Purchase Surveys and Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder both enable Shopify merchants to gather valuable customer data through surveys. However, their focus and strengths differ significantly. Fairing specializes in *post-purchase* surveys aimed at attribution, LTV analysis, and understanding customer acquisition channels. It's built for merchants who want deep insights into their marketing performance and customer lifetime value. Primy, on the other hand, is a more general-purpose *form builder* leveraging AI to create various forms (contact, registration, order, etc.), including surveys. Its strength lies in its flexibility and broader application across the entire customer journey, not just post-purchase.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with understanding marketing attribution, customer lifetime value, and optimizing post-purchase customer experience, Fairing Post Purchase Surveys is the clear winner. Its specialized features, integrations, and AI insights are tailored for that purpose. However, if a merchant needs a versatile form builder capable of creating various form types across different touchpoints (lead capture, registration, feedback, support), Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the better choice. It offers greater flexibility and control over form design and placement but may lack the depth of marketing-specific insights offered by Fairing.
