Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive search and merchandising solution with AI-driven personalization, Findify Search & Merchandise is the stronger choice. It offers granular control over the search experience, powerful merchandising tools, and the ability to customize the front-end. However, a merchant only seeking basic shop navigation tools that are visually appealing and easy for users to understand, KOBU ‑ Menu Highlight is a more lightweight and user-friendly option. While Findify has a high number of reviews, KOBU's perfect score, though with fewer reviews, indicates a very high level of satisfaction amongst its users. The choice comes down to prioritizing advanced functionality or streamlined navigation. A new Shopify store looking to implement a simple collection menu would be best served by KOBU. An established store that wants more control over search would choose Findify.
