Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a broader approach to customer engagement beyond SMS, incorporating web push notifications and automated campaigns for price drops and delivery updates, Firepush appears to be the better choice. Its feature set is more clearly defined and emphasizes multi-channel retargeting. However, for merchants primarily interested in email and SMS marketing, potentially complemented by popups, Grid & Pixel, with its slightly higher rating, might be a suitable option, although further investigation into its specific features is warranted due to the limited information provided. Without deeper information about Grid & Pixel's SMS automation and multi-channel features (or lack thereof), Firepush has more clearly defined differentiation.
