Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants looking for a comprehensive marketing automation platform with abandoned cart recovery, personalized messaging, and multi-channel support (SMS and web push), Firepush is the stronger option. Its higher number of reviews suggests a more mature and widely adopted solution. However, for merchants primarily needing bulk SMS sending capabilities for operational purposes like order updates or refunds, and who require basic automated event triggers, Netgsm SMS may be a suitable, potentially simpler, choice. The difference in review count indicates Firepush may be the more established solution.
