Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a balanced approach with SMS and web push notifications, along with a comprehensive campaign management interface, Firepush is a suitable option. It provides a solid foundation for retargeting and increasing sales through multiple channels. However, for merchants who prioritize advanced AI-driven personalization and automation, particularly with real-time conversational engagement, TxtCart is the better choice. TxtCart's one-click setup and focus on AI agents can streamline the SMS marketing process and potentially yield higher conversion rates for brands willing to invest in AI technology.
In 2026, with the increasing reliance on AI, TxtCart may offer a more competitive edge if AI integration and conversational commerce become the norm. If a merchant is comfortable with more hands-on campaign management and wishes to leverage web push, then Firepush might be the better bet.
