Flair Product Badges + Labels vs Floatton ‑ Floating Buttonsfor Shopify (2026)
Flair Product Badges + Labels and Floatton ‑ Floating Buttons, while both falling under the 'Design elements' category on Shopify, cater to distinctly different needs. Flair focuses on visually enhancing product listings with badges and labels to highlight specific product attributes (e.g., 'Sale', 'New Arrival', 'Best Seller'). This app aims to improve product discoverability and conversion rates by drawing attention to key features directly on product images or within product grids. Floatton, on the other hand, specializes in creating floating action buttons, typically used for calls to action such as 'Add to Cart', 'Contact Us', or navigating to specific sections of the store. The primary distinction lies in their application. Flair is product-centric, designed to augment individual items within a catalog. Floatton is more site-wide, impacting the overall user experience and navigation. Flair's success depends on impactful visual design and strategic placement of badges to influence purchasing decisions. Floatton's relies on creating prominent, easily accessible calls-to-action that guide users through the store. While both contribute to a better shopping experience, they address different aspects of it. The vast disparity in review counts (227 vs. 10) suggests Flair has broader adoption, possibly because of its more directly measurable impact on sales.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on boosting the visibility and appeal of individual products, driving sales through visual prompts like 'Sale' or 'New Arrival', Flair Product Badges + Labels is the better choice. The higher review count suggests a more established product with potentially broader compatibility and community support.
However, if the goal is to streamline site navigation and provide immediate access to essential actions (e.g., 'Add to Cart' or contact options) from anywhere on the store, Floatton ‑ Floating Buttons is the more appropriate solution. While its review count is significantly lower, if the feature set aligns perfectly with your UX goals, it could still be a valuable asset. Consider your store's specific needs and customer journey when making your decision.
