Flair Product Badges + Labels vs Scala Parcelamento Installmentfor Shopify (2026)
Flair Product Badges + Labels and Scala Parcelamento Installment cater to distinct needs within the Shopify ecosystem, despite sharing the 'Design elements' category. Flair Product Badges + Labels focuses on visual merchandising, empowering merchants to highlight product features, promotions, or other key selling points using badges and labels directly on product images. Scala Parcelamento Installment, on the other hand, is designed to increase Average Order Value (AOV) by transparently displaying Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) installment options directly below product prices. It automates the calculation and display of these installments, integrating with various BNPL providers like Klarna and PayPal. The primary difference lies in their core functionalities. Flair enhances product presentation with visual cues, while Scala focuses on payment transparency and affordability. Scala Parcelamento Installment appeals specifically to merchants who offer BNPL options and want to showcase these options prominently to encourage purchases, increasing conversion rates. Flair caters to a broader audience seeking to draw attention to specific products or promotions through visual enhancements. Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's specific goals: improving visual appeal versus promoting payment flexibility.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking to improve the visual appeal of their product pages and draw attention to specific items or promotions, Flair Product Badges + Labels is likely the better choice. Its higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest strong user satisfaction. However, if the primary goal is to boost Average Order Value and conversion rates by showcasing Buy Now Pay Later options, then Scala Parcelamento Installment is the more suitable app. Its features are specifically designed for this purpose, offering seamless integration with BNPL providers and extensive customization options.
Ultimately, the ideal choice depends on the merchant's strategic priorities. If visual merchandising is paramount, Flair is recommended. If promoting payment flexibility and affordability to drive sales is the key objective, Scala Parcelamento Installment is the superior solution. Merchants with both needs may even consider using both apps in conjunction.
