Our Verdict
Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the clear choice for merchants looking to immediately improve customer engagement and offer direct support channels like phone, chat, and social media. The high rating and existing reviews suggest a proven solution with positive user feedback. It is best suited for stores that prioritize customer service and want to make it easy for customers to contact them. Instant Search ﹣ InSearch, on the other hand, is a better fit for stores with extensive product inventories where efficient search functionality is crucial for customers to find what they need. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating are significant concerns, making it difficult to recommend without further validation. Given the absence of data, choosing Floatify is likely the safer bet in 2026.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Floatify explicitly states a simple, code-free installation process that takes about a minute. Instant Search doesn't provide specific setup information, but one can assume it is likely not overly difficult.
Which app is more likely to increase sales?
Both apps claim to increase sales, but through different mechanisms. Floatify facilitates immediate customer contact, leading to faster resolution of inquiries and potentially increased conversions. What type of store would benefit more from Floatify?
Floatify is best suited for stores that prioritize customer service and personalized communication. This could include boutiques, stores selling high-value items, or those where customer interaction is a key part of the sales process.
Is Instant Search a good choice for a small store?
Instant Search could benefit a small store if it has a diverse product range or if customers frequently use the search function. However, its value is more pronounced in stores with larger catalogs where efficient search is essential.
What are the major risks associated with choosing Instant Search?
The major risk with Instant Search is the lack of reviews and the zero rating. This makes it difficult to assess its functionality, reliability, and overall quality. It may be a promising app, but it needs more user feedback to validate its claims.
