Our Verdict
The choice between Floatify and SearchAuto hinges entirely on the type of store. For general e-commerce merchants seeking to enhance user experience and facilitate communication through social media, chat, and call buttons, Floatify is the more suitable option. Its ease of use and focus on general usability make it a quick and effective solution.
However, if you are selling automotive parts and accessories, SearchAuto is the clear winner. While it requires more involved setup, its specialized fitment lookup functionality, coupled with industry-specific support, is crucial for ensuring accurate product selection, reducing returns, and ultimately driving sales in this niche market. The app directly addresses a specific pain point for automotive parts vendors, making it an indispensable tool for success in that sector.
