Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with boosting customer engagement and providing immediate access to support and purchasing options, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the stronger choice. Its focus on social buttons, WhatsApp integration, and call-to-action buttons facilitates direct interaction and can lead to increased conversions. The higher number of reviews suggests a more established user base and potentially more real-world testing.
However, for stores with extensive product catalogs or those struggling with site navigation and product discoverability, Snap Search: Live Search Layer offers a targeted solution. Its emphasis on a modern search interface and predictive search results can significantly improve the user experience and help customers quickly find what they're looking for. Even with fewer reviews, the specialized functionality of Snap Search makes it invaluable for stores prioritizing search-driven product discovery.
