Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons vs Twiggy: Fashion Visual Searchfor Shopify (2026)
Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons and Twiggy: Fashion Visual Search, while both categorized under 'Search and Navigation' on Shopify, address vastly different merchant needs and functionalities. Floatify focuses on enhancing customer engagement and accessibility through strategically placed floating buttons for communication and quick actions. It targets merchants looking to improve customer service, boost sales via direct contact methods like WhatsApp, and streamline the user experience on mobile and desktop. The primary strength of Floatify lies in its ease of use, quick setup, and customizable call-to-action buttons designed to drive conversions and facilitate customer interaction. Twiggy, on the other hand, zeroes in on fashion-specific visual search. Although no reviews or rating are available as of this response, we could assume that Twiggy allows customers to find products based on image similarity and visual cues. This type of app typically aims to improve product discovery, cater to visually-oriented shoppers, and potentially reduce bounce rates for fashion e-commerce stores. However, the lack of ratings and reviews for Twiggy makes it difficult to assess its actual performance and value compared to the established Floatify app with its positive user feedback.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking an immediate and easy-to-implement solution to improve customer communication and boost sales, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the clear choice. Its proven track record, evidenced by a 5-star rating and 68 reviews, suggests a reliable and effective tool for enhancing user experience and driving conversions through strategic call-to-action buttons. The app's focus on accessibility and direct contact methods caters to a broad range of e-commerce businesses.
Twiggy: Fashion Visual Search, while potentially beneficial for fashion-specific stores, presents a significant risk due to the complete lack of user feedback. Without any reviews or ratings to validate its functionality and effectiveness, merchants should proceed with extreme caution. Until Twiggy establishes a positive reputation and demonstrates its value proposition through user reviews, Floatify remains the more dependable option for improving website usability and customer engagement.
