Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks vs Thankify: Smart Thank You Pagefor Shopify (2026)
Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks and Thankify: Smart Thank You Page both aim to increase Average Order Value (AOV) through upsell and cross-sell techniques, but they approach this goal from different angles and at different stages of the customer journey. Fly focuses on encouraging larger purchases *before* checkout by offering bundles, quantity breaks, volume discounts, and BOGO deals. It targets merchants looking to maximize the value of each cart by increasing the number of items purchased per order. Thankify, on the other hand, concentrates on leveraging the thank you page *after* the purchase to generate repeat sales and social engagement. The primary difference lies in their placement within the customer lifecycle. Fly works *during* the shopping experience, influencing buying decisions in the cart. Thankify operates *after* the transaction is complete, focusing on post-purchase engagement and creating opportunities for future sales. Fly emphasizes product-centric upselling, using bundles and quantity discounts to encourage bulk purchases. Thankify prioritizes customer experience and brand engagement, using thank you pages as a tool for personalized offers, feedback collection, and social sharing. Due to the disparity in reviews, it's harder to gauge the effectiveness of Thankify in comparison to Fly, which has a proven track record with a substantial user base.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate AOV gains by encouraging larger cart sizes through bundles and discounts, Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks is the stronger choice, particularly given its substantial positive review count. The app's focus on pre-checkout optimization and 24/7 support make it a solid option for maximizing revenue potential directly within the shopping experience. Its mature user base provides more confidence in its claims and functionality.
Thankify: Smart Thank You Page is better suited for businesses that place a high value on customer experience, post-purchase engagement, and leveraging thank you pages for brand building, social growth, and gathering customer insights. While its potential is promising, the limited number of reviews makes it difficult to definitively assess its effectiveness compared to Fly. It's a riskier but potentially rewarding option for merchants looking to optimize the often-overlooked thank you page experience.
