Our Verdict
For merchants requiring a complete omnichannel helpdesk solution integrating multiple social media and messaging platforms along with email, Focal Live Chat & Helpdesk is the better choice. Its ability to manage conversations from various sources in one dashboard and automate tasks is a significant advantage. However, if a merchant's primary communication strategy revolves around WhatsApp, especially for marketing campaigns, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is likely more suitable. The significantly higher number of reviews for Kanal also suggests a wider user base and potentially a more mature feature set specifically within the WhatsApp ecosystem. Given the limited information available about Kanal, deeper research into its specific features for WhatsApp marketing is recommended.
