Forma | Surveys that Convert vs Gojiberry Survey & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
Forma | Surveys that Convert and Gojiberry Survey & Feedback are both survey apps for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they target slightly different needs and are at vastly different stages of user adoption. Forma focuses on collecting zero-party data through customizable surveys integrated directly into the product page, primarily for brand and product research to drive conversion. Gojiberry, on the other hand, positions itself as a tool for scaling ads and marketing through pre and post-purchase surveys delivered via various channels like email, product inserts, and SNS. It emphasizes quick setup and advanced segmentation for targeted data collection. The key distinction lies in the implementation and use case. Forma offers a discount incentive to encourage survey completion directly on the product page, likely aimed at gathering immediate feedback during the buying process. Gojiberry uses multiple channels beyond the website to gather customer insights, with a focus on attribution and identifying product development opportunities. The apps also show a stark difference in social proof - Gojiberry enjoys a perfect 5/5 rating based on 28 reviews, while Forma has no reviews at all, suggesting it is either very new or struggling to gain traction.

Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the clear choice for merchants looking for a proven survey solution with existing social proof and a focus on marketing attribution and scaling. Its quick setup, diverse distribution channels, and advanced segmentation features make it suitable for businesses of all sizes. Forma | Surveys that Convert, while promising, lacks any validation and focuses more narrowly on on-site data collection for immediate conversion optimization.
If a merchant's primary goal is to integrate surveys directly into the product page for immediate feedback and offer discounts for completion, and if they are comfortable being an early adopter, Forma might be worth exploring. However, the absence of reviews makes it a riskier choice compared to the well-rated Gojiberry, especially for merchants seeking a reliable and widely used solution.
