Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing immediate customer feedback on new products or brand perception, and who value simplicity and ease of use, Forma | Surveys that Convert may be a good starting point, especially if they are comfortable being an early adopter given the lack of reviews. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating currently makes it a risky choice. For merchants looking for a more comprehensive customer data platform, emphasizing RFM segmentation, NPS scoring, and improved customer lifetime value, Reveal: Customer Data & NPS is the better choice. Its 5-star rating and 64 reviews suggest a more established and reliable solution. Reveal is the stronger recommendation for most merchants given its proven track record and wider range of features.
