Our Verdict
For merchants needing a comprehensive and customizable form solution for various purposes such as lead generation, customer registration, and data collection, FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder appears to be the better choice. Its AI-powered builder, diverse integration options, and features like multilingual support provide a robust toolset for creating professional forms. However, the limited number of reviews should be considered before making a final decision.
Questify: Post Purchase Survey is more suitable for merchants specifically seeking immediate feedback after a purchase to refine products and improve marketing campaigns. Its focus on the thank-you page and real-time data collection makes it a streamlined solution for this specific purpose. However, with zero reviews, it's difficult to ascertain its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants should proceed with caution and potentially consider alternative post-purchase survey apps with more established user feedback.
