FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder vs Thingtestingfor Shopify (2026)
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder and Thingtesting, while both achieving a perfect 5/5 rating in the Shopify app store, cater to vastly different needs within the 'Surveys' category. FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder positions itself as a comprehensive form builder, empowering merchants to create a wide array of forms, from simple contact forms to complex multi-step forms with conditional logic and integrations with popular marketing and CRM platforms. It leans heavily on its AI form builder and drag-and-drop interface for ease of use, targeting merchants who need flexible and customizable data collection solutions. Thingtesting, on the other hand, has very limited information available about its functionality. With a single review, it is impossible to ascertain what it offers, even within the surveys app category. The primary differentiator between the two lies in the scope of their offerings and the available information. FormCRM is explicitly designed for form creation and management, with features like multilingual support, auto-responses, and integrations, making it suitable for a broad range of businesses looking to collect customer data, generate leads, or gather feedback. Thingtesting's limited details suggest a very niche, or potentially incomplete, offering. A key consideration is the number of reviews: FormCRM has seven, while Thingtesting has only one, suggesting a smaller user base.

Our Verdict
Based on the information available, FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the more robust and reliable choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive form-building solution. Its AI capabilities, extensive feature set, and broader integration options make it suitable for a wider range of businesses. Thingtesting's lack of information and limited user base make it difficult to recommend. It might cater to a very specific niche use case within surveys, but without further details, it's impossible to ascertain its value. Merchants looking for a readily usable and well-supported form builder should opt for FormCRM, while further research is required to evaluate Thingtesting's offerings if it appears to meet specific needs that FormCRM doesn't address.
Therefore, FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the preferred choice unless a merchant has specific knowledge or strong intuition about Thingtesting's unlisted functionalities.
