FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder vs Traxoft: Image Votingfor Shopify (2026)
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder and Traxoft: Image Voting are both Shopify apps found in the 'Surveys' category, but they address fundamentally different needs and target distinct merchant types. FormCRM positions itself as a comprehensive form builder, leveraging AI to quickly create diverse forms from simple contact forms to complex, multi-step questionnaires. Its key strength lies in its versatility, drag-and-drop interface, integrations with popular marketing and CRM tools, and features like conditional logic and multilingual support. It appears suited for merchants needing robust data collection and lead generation capabilities. Traxoft: Image Voting, on the other hand, focuses on a very specific use case: gathering feedback based on images. While details are scarce due to the app's minimal rating and review data, it likely allows merchants to present image options and collect votes or opinions from customers. Given its current rating and limited data, it may be either a very new app or one that has struggled to gain traction. It would primarily appeal to merchants looking for visual feedback, perhaps on product variations or design choices.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive and versatile form builder with robust features like conditional logic, integrations, and AI assistance, FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the clear choice. Its higher rating and review count suggest greater user satisfaction and a more established product. It suits businesses requiring diverse data collection needs, from lead generation to customer registration.
Traxoft: Image Voting, given its limited information and low rating, is difficult to recommend without further investigation. It would potentially appeal to merchants specifically focused on gathering visual feedback, but users should proceed with caution and thoroughly investigate its functionality and reliability before committing to its use. Those merchants may also consider other similar image survey apps with more reviews.
