Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the clear choice. Its established reputation, high rating, and focus on post-purchase insights offer a more reliable and proven solution. Grapevine's unlimited response model is particularly appealing for businesses aiming to gather comprehensive customer feedback without worrying about escalating costs. Formigo Custom Form Builder might be suitable for highly specific, niche use cases where custom form building is paramount and the merchant is willing to accept the risk of an untested app. However, given the absence of reviews and information, it's difficult to recommend Formigo over the established and well-regarded Grapevine.
