Our Verdict
For merchants needing a flexible and easy-to-use form builder to create various types of forms directly on their Shopify store, Formpify is the better option. Its drag-and-drop interface and inline editing make it simple to create custom forms for contact, feedback, or other data collection purposes. However, due to the low number of reviews, further research and possibly a trial period would be recommended.
If the primary goal is to understand customer behavior and improve customer experience through post-purchase surveys and in-depth analytics, Grapevine Surveys is the superior choice. Its focus on unlimited responses, integration with key marketing and analytics tools, and advanced reporting capabilities make it well-suited for businesses looking to make data-driven decisions at scale. The higher number of reviews also lends more credence to its reliability and effectiveness.
