Foxdeli ‑ Tracking & Up‑sell and MyGLS Professional, while both operating within the 'Order tracking' category on Shopify, cater to vastly different needs and offer distinct value propositions. Foxdeli focuses on enhancing the post-purchase customer experience through branded tracking pages, targeted upsells, and automated notifications aiming to improve customer loyalty and increase revenue. Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking to improve the post-purchase customer journey and drive revenue through targeted upsells and branded tracking, Foxdeli ‑ Tracking & Up‑sell *could* be a valuable option, assuming they can overcome the lack of reviews and establish a positive reputation. However, the absence of any user feedback makes it a risky choice at this time. MyGLS Professional is the clear winner for merchants operating primarily within Eastern Europe and utilizing GLS for their shipping needs. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and focus on shipping automation make it a reliable and efficient solution.
Ultimately, the choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If GLS integration in Eastern Europe is a priority, MyGLS Professional is the obvious choice. If the merchant needs post-purchase marketing tools and is willing to take a risk on a new app, they might consider Foxdeli (but should monitor closely).
