GA: Polls + AI vs Gojiberry Survey & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
GA: Polls + AI and Gojiberry Survey & Feedback are both Shopify apps in the 'Surveys' category, but they target different needs and offer distinct functionalities. GA: Polls + AI focuses on creating interactive polls for real-time feedback, emphasizing ease of use and embedding polls on various pages. Its primary goal is to help merchants understand their audience, refine products, and personalize user experiences through quick and accessible polls. Gojiberry Survey & Feedback, on the other hand, targets scaling ads and marketing through pre- and post-purchase surveys distributed via email, product inserts, and SNS. The crucial difference lies in their survey approach. GA: Polls + AI promotes real-time engagement and instant feedback collection, whereas Gojiberry is built around longer-term feedback mechanisms (pre/post purchase). Gojiberry's focus is on marketing attribution, NPS tracking, and identifying product development opportunities through in-depth customer surveys. Gojiberry also supports features like brand customization, language localization and advanced segmentation to ensure the effectiveness of the surveys. The lack of reviews on GA: Polls + AI also presents a challenge for merchants trying to gauge its reliability and performance compared to Gojiberry.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking immediate customer feedback through engaging polls embedded on their website to quickly understand customer preferences, GA: Polls + AI *could* be a viable option *if* it gains reviews and proves reliable. However, the absence of reviews makes it a risky choice currently. Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the stronger choice for merchants prioritizing in-depth customer insights to improve marketing strategies, understand customer journeys, and identify product opportunities via pre- and post-purchase surveys. Gojiberry's established positive rating and suite of features for advanced survey targeting, distribution, and customization make it a significantly more reliable and feature-rich option.
