Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with managing their gift card program's backend, tracking liabilities, and reducing customer support related to balance inquiries, Gift Check Pro *could* be a solution. However, its complete lack of reviews and zero rating in 2026 is a significant red flag. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly vet the app before committing.
For merchants focused on elevating the customer experience and seeking an additional revenue stream, Video Greet: Gift Messaging appears to be the superior choice. Its positive reviews and features geared towards personalized gifting make it a more compelling option for those aiming to enhance customer engagement and offer unique gifting opportunities, especially for corporate clients. The zero-code integration is also a plus for ease of use.
