Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive, multi-channel customer experience platform that prioritizes long-term customer relationships and complete issue resolution, Gladly: AI‑Powered CX Platform is likely the better choice. Its unified customer view and AI's ability to fully resolve issues and drive revenue through personalized recommendations are significant advantages. However, for merchants primarily focused on automating chat-based sales and customer service interactions, and possibly at a lower price point, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot may be sufficient. The higher review count for Verifast could indicate wider adoption and potentially easier setup for basic chatbot functions. Merchants should carefully consider their channel support needs and long-term customer engagement goals before making a decision.
